ABOUT
Hi. I'm Julie.
I coach executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and creative ambitious people to:
Expand their impact
Launch and grow their dream venture
Nurture and express their genius
Create the work and life they want
And…for the polymaths juggling disparate worlds, find wholeness, success and joy.
Seeing people light up, have epiphanies, transform, make/do amazing things, expand their impact and find their peace brings me great joy.
I BELIEVE
the purpose of life is to maintain and share the sacred spark and zest for life you were born with. This means knowing and living your truth unapologetically, following what excites and has meaning for you, taking risks, persisting in the face of challenges, being an active creator and leader of your own life and helping others do the same.
I DREAM
big and act on it. I founded a non-profit education organization for students from historically underrepresented communities to help students get to college. I turned my hobby of making visual art into a business.
I STRETCH
myself to grow, create and come alive. I confront my fears and insecurities in order to overcome them and take risks to grow. I became a consultant at one point in order to study piano performance in music school (for the love of music; I've played piano since I was four) and to create a yoga program for youth in foster care.
I CREATE
possibilities for transformation. I read between the lines, hear the story beneath your story, the goal behind your goal. I ask powerful questions to spark and shift your thinking. Be prepared for deep. I say it like it is, with love and your permission.
I BRING
over 20 years of leadership experience. I've worked as head of learning and development at a global DEI organization, executive director in school leadership development, founded and run national education programs, coached executives, DEI leaders, and entrepreneurs and served as a consultant and board member in the education and arts sectors. I earned an Ed.M. in Education Administration at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and my B.A. in History at Brown University.
I LOVE
nature, sunlight, modern anything, jazz, inspirational people, learning-driven conversations, making an impact, making art and music, running, hiking, yoga, and being a mother to an amazing 13-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes and reminds me of what matters daily.
